Ingredients list for Lemon Chicken

  • 750 grams Chicken cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala

Method

  1. Heat margarine in a non stick pan add cumin seeds, when it starts crackling add red chilli powder, chicken, lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder and saute for two minutes.
  2. Add ½ cup water and cover the pan cook till chicken is tender.
  3. Add garam masala and saute for two minutes.
  4. Remove from flame and serve hot.
