Ingredients list for Leftover Roti Laddoo - SK Khazana

  • 4 Leftover rotis
  • 1 teaspoon Ghee
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 3/4 cup Jaggery grarted
  • 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder

Method

  1. Tear the rotis and put in a grinder jar and grind to a fine powder.
  2. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add milk and jaggery. Cook on low heat till the jaggery melts.
  3. Add green cardamom powder and blended powder. Mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Switch off heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
  4. While the mixture is still warm, divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into medium sized laddoos.
  5. Serve immediately.
