  • 1 cup Hung Yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Tahini
  • 2 cloves Garlic grated
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh cream
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Combine yogurt, tahini paste, garlic, fresh cream, parsley and salt in a bowl. Mix well and refrigerate for an hour.
  2. Served chilled.
