By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Nov 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Ghee, Milk Cuisine Fusion Course Soups Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Khurdi 2 tablespoons Ghee 1 1/4 cups Milk 1 inch piece Cinnamon 2-3 Green chillies chopped small Onion chopped 1 teaspoon Cornflour/ corn starch to taste Salt 2-3 Cloves 5-6 Fresh mint leaves Method Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add cloves, cinnamon and green chillies saute for a minute. Add onions and cook till it becomes brown in color. Add cornflour and salt and mix well. Add milk and bring it to boil.
