Ingredients list for Keema Stuffed Chillies
- 8-12 Big Green chillies
- 100 grams Chicken mince
- 4-5 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 4 tablespoons Oil
Method
- Slit and deseed the chillies.
- Put chicken mince, garlic cloves, soy sauce, pepper powder, salt and honey in a blender jar and hand blend them till well mixed.
- Stuff this mixture generously into the chillies. Run a wet finger around the chillies to clean them of any stuffing that may stuck.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan, place the chillies in the plan in single layer, cover and cook till both mince and chillies are cooked.
- Arrange them on a serving plate and serve hot.
