  • 3 Banana
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • a small pinch Green cardamom powder
  • a small pinch Nutmeg powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups Refined flour (maida)
  • 3/4 cups Whole wheat flour (atta)
  • 15-20 Raisins wash and pat dry
  • to deep fry Ghee

Method

  1. Mash bananas. Add sugar, vanilla essence and cardamom-nutmeg powder. Beat in the eggs one by one and whisk the mixture well.
