Ingredients list for Kacha Pakka
- 1/2 medium Cabbage
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 3 Green chillies, finely chopped
- to taste Salt
Method
- Heat olive oil in a non stick pan. Add mustard seeds. Once they crackle, add green chillies, sauté for half minute.
- Add cabbage cover and cook for ten minutes. Allow to come to room temperature. Add salt and mix. Serve.
