Ingredients list for Junglee Mutton - SK Khazana
- 750 grams Mutton cut into 1½ inch pieces on the bone
- 4 tablespoons Ghee
- 15-20 Dried Mathania red chillies
- 15-20 Garlic cloves
- to taste Salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons Coriander powder
- for garnish coriander sprig
- for garnish Lemon wedges
Method
- Heat ghee in a deep pan, add dried red chillies and garlic cloves and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add mutton and sauté on high heat for 3-4 minutes. Add salt, coriander powder and mix well.
- Add 5-6 cups water, mix well and let it come to a boil. Cover and cook on medium heat for 35-40 minutes or till the mutton is completely cooked.
- Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with coriander sprigs and lemon wedges and serve hot.
