By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Maize flour (makai ka atta), Refined flour (maia) Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Indian Nachos 1 cup Maize flour (makai ka atta) 1/2 cup Refined flour (maia) 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Tata Sampann Dal masala to drizzle to deep fry Oil to serve Sour cream Method Take maize flour in a bowl, add refined flour, turmeric powder, salt and Tata Sampann Dal Masala and mix well. Make a well in the centre, add sufficient water and knead into semi-soft dough. Drizzle a little oil on the worktop. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls. Flatten each ball slightly, place it on the greased worktop and roll out into a thin sheet. Prick with fork all over the sheet. Trim the sides to form a rectangle, discard the edges and cut into triangles and place them a plate. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Slide these triangles into hot oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
