Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
Method
- Boil sufficient water in a pan. Add salt, vinegar and eggs and boil for 10-12 minutes, swirling gently.
- Drain in some water, remove, crack and peel.
- Halve and place on a serving plate. Sprinkle some salt and crushed peppercorns and serve.
