Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add apple and sauté. Add cinnamon, vanilla essence, maple syrup and cook till the apple is soft. Add sago and mix well. Add milk and let it cook. Mix cornflour in ¼ cup water and add. Stir well and cook till the pudding thickens. Break the walnut kernels and add. Add honey and mix well.
