Roll out the pastry dough to half centimeter thickness and line a nine-inch flan dish with it. Prick all over with a fork and blind bake in the preheated oven for forty minutes. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and sauté until brown. Add onion and sauté until brown. Add the shredded chicken and sauté for a couple of minutes. Add salt, crushed black peppercorns and mixed dried herbs. Mix well. Whisk white sauce and milk well together. Add this to the chicken mixture and cook for a minute. Pour this mixture over the baked pastry and level the top. Sprinkle grated cheese over and bake in the preheated oven for thirty to thirty five minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Let cool slightly. Cut into wedges and serve.
