Ingredients list for Hawaiian Mocktail
- 2 Bananas
- 2 cups Pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup Coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons Castor sugar (caster sugar)
- as required Ice cubes
- as required Desiccated coconut
- 1 Lemon
- for garnishing Pineapple triangles
- for garnishing Tinned cherries
Method
- Peel and roughly cut bananas into pieces. Place in a blender jar alongwith pineapple juice, coconut milk, castor sugar and ice cubes and blend well.
- Spread desiccated coconut on a plate. Cut lemon into slices and apply the juice on individual tall glass rims. Turn the glasses upside down on the coconut so that the coconut gets stick on the rims.
- Pour drink into prepared glasses.
- Skewer a pineapple triangle and 2 cherries and make a garnish. Similarly make remaining garnishes and place in the centre of the glasses.
- Serve chilled.
