Heat a non-stick pan. Add onion and roast till translucent. Remove from heat. Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix grated potatoes and roasted onions along with salt, half teaspoon of ground peppercorns, nutmeg powder. Mix well and arrange potato mixture in a tray and spread evenly with hand. Sprinkle the remaining ground peppercorns. Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C for ten to fifteen minutes or till the mixture gets a light brown colour.
