Ingredients for Guava and Strawberry Cooler Recipe

  • Guava juice, chilled 2 cups

  • Strawberries 6-7 for garnishing

  • Green chilli 1

  • Lemon juice of ½ lemon

  • Fresh mint leaves 12-15 + for garnishing

  • Black salt (kala namak) to taste

  • Drinking soda as required

Method

Step 1

Roughly chop strawberries and place in a blender jar, add green chilli, lemon juice, mint leaves, guava juice and black salt and blend well.

Step 2

Pour drink into individual tall glasses and top with drinking soda.

Step 3

Garnish with strawberry and mint and serve chilled.
