Ingredients list for Greek Sandwich

  • 4 Tortillas
  • 2 medium Cucumber seeded and cubed
  • 2 medium Tomatoes seeded and cubed
  • 6-8 Green olives sliced
  • 50 grams Feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Hung yogurt
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 10-12 Fresh mint leaves chopped

Method

  1. Mix together cucumber, tomatoes, olives, Feta cheese and hung yogurt. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Divide this mixture into four equal portions. Place one portion on each tortilla and roll it up. This can be eaten by itself or can also be had grilled.
