Garlic Cheese Parantha The name itself is so exciting! A marriage between fried garlic and a combination of cheeses that make a mouth water and creamy stuffing that you cannot resist eating! By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Apr 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients fried garlic, Mozzarella cheese Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Garlic Cheese Parantha 3 teaspoons fried garlic 50 grams Mozzarella cheese 50 grams Cheddar cheese 50 grams processed cheese 1 1/2 cups + for dusting Whole wheat flour (atta) Salt to taste 2 tablespoons Oil 2 tablespoons Parsley chopped 2 teaspoons Chilli flakes dried 3/4 teaspoon Mixed herbs dried to serve Butter for applying to serve tomato ketchup Method Take whole wheat flour in a large bowl, add salt, oil and 1 cup water and mix well. Knead to a semi-soft dough. Cover with damp muslin cloth and set aside for 5-10 minutes. Grate mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese and processed cheese in a bowl. Add parsley, red chilli flakes, dried mixed herbs, fried garlic and mix well. Take a portion of the dough and shape it into a ball and make a cavity in the centre, stuff with a portion of the cheese mixture and bring the sides in the middle and pinch to seal and shape into a ball. Dust the worktop with flour and place the stuffed dough and dust with a little flour on top and roll into a thick disc. Heat a non-stick tawa, place the prepared disc on it and cook till done, applying with butter on both sides.
