Ingredients list for Gajar Halwa Sugarfree
- 8-10 medium Carrots grated
- 18 measures Sugar free
- 3 tablespoons Pure ghee
- 2 cups Skimmed milk
- 10-12 Pistachios
- 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 10-15 Sultanas
- 1/4 cup Mawa (khoya) grated
Method
- Heat pure ghee in a kadai. Add grated carrots and sauté for about five minutes.
- Add skimmed milk and cook.
- Blanch pistachios, peel and slice.
- Add green cardamom powder, sultanas, Sugar Free and mix. Cook for about ten to fifteen minutes.
- Add khoya and mix. Cook till the mixture is almost dry.
- Garnish with pistachios. Serve hot or cold.
