Ingredients list for Fruity Muesli-Cook Smart
- 1 Medium apple
- 1 cup + for garnish Fresh pomegranate pearls
- 2 cups Oats
- 2 cups Apple juice
- 10-12 Almonds toasted
- 10-12 Walnuts toasted
- 1/2 cup Thick yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Honey
Method
- Take oats in a bowl, add apple juice and let it soak overnight in the refrigerator.
- Grate apple, add to the soaked oats and mix well.
- Cut almonds into slivers and roughly chop walnuts.
- Reserve some of the nuts for garnishing and add the remaining to the oats. Add yogurt and honey and mix well.
- Add pomegranate pears and mix well. Transfer into serving bowls and refrigerate to chill.
- Serve chilled garnished with reserved nuts and pomegranate pearls.
