Ingredients list for Fruit Shrikhand
- 2 cups hung yogurt
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 Red apple
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 cup Mango puree tinned
- 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- A pinch of nutmeg powder
- for garnishing Pistachios chopped
- for garnishing Almonds chopped
Method
- Chop the apples into small pieces, peel and chop the banana into small pieces and set them aside.
- In a large bowl, add hung yogurt, powdered sugar and mix till well combined. Add mango puree and whisk well.
- Add the cut fruits, green cardamom powder, and nutmeg powder. Mix well. Garnish with chopped pistachios and chopped almonds. Serve chilled.
