By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Indian salmon or any white fish fillet, Burger buns Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Fish Fillet Burger 400 grams Indian salmon or any white fish fillet cut into 4 pieces 4 Burger buns horizontally halved and lightly toasted to taste Salt to taste Black pepper powder 2 teaspoons Garlic paste 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 2 Eggs to deep fry Oil for coating Refined flour 1 cup Dried breadcrumbs as required Lettuce leaves as required Tartar sauce 4 Cheese slices Method Place the fish fillets on a plate, sprinkle salt, black pepper powder, garlic paste and lemon juice and rub all of it on both sides. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Breaks eggs into a bowl and whisk well. Spread refined flour and breadcrumbs on two separate plates. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Coat the fish fillets with refined flour, dip in egg mixture and coat with breadcrumbs and keep them on a plate. Slide in 2 pieces at a time into hot oil and deep-fry golden-brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Place lettuce leaves on each burger base, place a fish fillet over it, spread a dollop of tartar sauce and place a cheese slice over it.
