Ingredients list for Falafel Sauce
- 1 red capsicum, roughly chopped
- 10 sundried tomatoes, soaked
- 1 teaspoon tamarind pulp
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Method
- Grind together red capsicum, red chillies, sun dried tomatoes, tamrind pulp, black pepper powder, garlic and sufficient water to make a smooth paste. Mix olive oil and serve.
