Ingredients list for Eggs in Mustard Sauce

  • 8 Eggs boiled and peeled
  • 8 tablespoons Mustard Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder

Method

  1. Heat butter in a non stick pan. Add mustard sauce, sauté for half minute. Add vinegar, salt and mix well.
  2. Arrange eggs on serving plate. Pour the mustard sauce over.
  3. Sprinkle black pepper powder and serve hot.
