Ingredients list for Eggs in Mustard Sauce
- 8 Eggs boiled and peeled
- 8 tablespoons Mustard Sauce
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
Method
- Heat butter in a non stick pan. Add mustard sauce, sauté for half minute. Add vinegar, salt and mix well.
- Arrange eggs on serving plate. Pour the mustard sauce over.
- Sprinkle black pepper powder and serve hot.
