Ingredients list for Eclairs
- 3/4 cup Refined flour (maida)
- 75 grams Butter
- a pinch Salt
- 3 Eggs
- for stuffi Whipped cream
- for drizzling Melted dark chocolatec
Method
- Preheat oven to 180˚ C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Heat 1 cup water in a non-stick pan. Add butter and salt and keep stirring till it melts. Let the mixture come to a boil.
- Add flour and keep mixing till the mixture reaches dough consistency. Switch off heat and transfer the mixture into a bowl.
- Add eggs, one at a time, and blend with an electric beater after each egg.
- Fill a piping bag with the prepared mixture and trim its pointed edge. Pipe out medium sausage shaped portions, 1 inch apart, over the parchment lined tray.
- Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat and cool down to room temperature.
- Halve them, stuff with some whipped cream and drizzle some melted chocolate on top.
- Serve immediately.
