Ingredients list for Easy Hoisin Prawns
- 16-20 Prawns (medium) cleaned and deveined with tails intact
- 8-10 Garlic cloves finely chopped
- to taste Salt
- 2 teaspoon Red chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon Soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- 1 Spring onion finely chopped
Method
- Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Add garlic and sauté till golden brown in colour.
- Add prawns and salt and sauté on high heat for two minutes.
- Add red chilli sauce, hoisin sauce and soya sauce and mix well.
- Sauté for two to three minutes or till prawns are cooked.
- Switch off heat add vinegar and mix.
- Transfer into a serving plate.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
