Ingredients for Easy Chocolate Fudge Recipe

  • Chocolate grated 2 cups

  • Milk 2 cups

  • Sugar 1 3/4 cups

  • Mawa (khoya) crumbled 4 tablespoons

  • Butter 2 tablespoons

  • Walnuts crushed 1/2 cup

  • Cointreau 1 teaspoon


Step 1

Bring milk to a boil. Reduce heat and cook till it reduces to half its original quantity. Add sugar and stir and allow the milk to reduce to two-third cup.

Step 2

Add grated chocolate and mix. Add khoya and stir till the mixture is smooth. Add butter and mix well. Add crushed walnuts and mix again. Add a few drops of cointreau and mix. Remove from heat but keep stirring for five more minutes. Transfer the mixture onto a greased tray and level the surface. Keep in the refrigerator for three to four hours to set.

Step 3

Remove when set and cut into pieces and serve.
