By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chocolate, Milk Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 3.30-4 hour Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Easy Chocolate Fudge 2 cups Chocolate grated 2 cups Milk 1 3/4 cups Sugar 4 tablespoons Mawa (khoya) crumbled 2 tablespoons Butter 1/2 cup Walnuts crushed 1 teaspoon Cointreau Method Bring milk to a boil. Reduce heat and cook till it reduces to half its original quantity. Add sugar and stir and allow the milk to reduce to two-third cup. Add grated chocolate and mix. Add khoya and stir till the mixture is smooth. Add butter and mix well. Add crushed walnuts and mix again. Add a few drops of cointreau and mix. Remove from heat but keep stirring for five more minutes. Transfer the mixture onto a greased tray and level the surface. Keep in the refrigerator for three to four hours to set. Remove when set and cut into pieces and serve.
