Ingredients list for Dry Fruit Sundae

  • as required Cashewnuts halves
  • as required Almonds slivers
  • as required Pistachios chopped
  • 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream
  • 2 scoops Chocolate Icecream
  • 6-8 tablespoons Oats
  • 3 tablespoons Blackcurrants syrup
  • 4 tablespoons mixed canned fruits chopped

Method

  1. Place 3-4 tablespoons oats in a jar. Drizzle 1 tablespoon black currant syrup and top with 2 tablespoons chopped canned fruits, some cashewnuts and vanilla ice cream and press a little.
  2. Top again with remaining oats, drizzle 1 tablespoon black currant syrup and add remaining fruits. Drizzle remaining black currant syrup and top with some almonds and some cashewnuts.
  3. Top with some pistachios and chocolate ice cream. Garnish with some more pistachios, almonds and cashewnuts and serve immediately.
