Ingredients for Dry Fruit Sundae Recipe

  • Cashewnuts halves as required

  • Almonds slivers as required

  • Pistachios chopped as required

  • Vanilla ice cream 2 scoops

  • Chocolate Icecream 2 scoops

  • Oats 6-8 tablespoons

  • Blackcurrants syrup 3 tablespoons

  • mixed canned fruits chopped 4 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Place 3-4 tablespoons oats in a jar. Drizzle 1 tablespoon black currant syrup and top with 2 tablespoons chopped canned fruits, some cashewnuts and vanilla ice cream and press a little.

Step 2

Top again with remaining oats, drizzle 1 tablespoon black currant syrup and add remaining fruits. Drizzle remaining black currant syrup and top with some almonds and some cashewnuts.

Step 3

Top with some pistachios and chocolate ice cream. Garnish with some more pistachios, almonds and cashewnuts and serve immediately.
