Ingredients list for Dry Fruit Sundae
- as required Cashewnuts halves
 - as required Almonds slivers
 - as required Pistachios chopped
 - 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream
 - 2 scoops Chocolate Icecream
 - 6-8 tablespoons Oats
 - 3 tablespoons Blackcurrants syrup
 - 4 tablespoons mixed canned fruits chopped
 
Method
- Place 3-4 tablespoons oats in a jar. Drizzle 1 tablespoon black currant syrup and top with 2 tablespoons chopped canned fruits, some cashewnuts and vanilla ice cream and press a little.
 - Top again with remaining oats, drizzle 1 tablespoon black currant syrup and add remaining fruits. Drizzle remaining black currant syrup and top with some almonds and some cashewnuts.
 - Top with some pistachios and chocolate ice cream. Garnish with some more pistachios, almonds and cashewnuts and serve immediately.
