Ingredients list for Dried Shrimp Kismoor
- 2 cups Shrimps
- 1 cup Coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Tamarind pulp
- to taste Salt
- 1 medium Onion marinade
Method
- Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat a griddle, pour ½ teaspoon oil and saute the shrimps, stirring constantly, over low heat for 5 minutes. Keep aside.
- Mix the remaining ingredients together. Then add roasted shrimps and onion, mixing lightly, as if you are tossing a salad. Serve immediately.
