Ingredients for Dried Shrimp Kismoor Recipe

  • Shrimps 2 cups

  • Coconut 1 cup

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Oil 1 teaspoon

  • Tamarind pulp 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Onion marinade 1 medium


Step 1

Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat a griddle, pour ½ teaspoon oil and saute the shrimps, stirring constantly, over low heat for 5 minutes. Keep aside.

Step 2

Mix the remaining ingredients together. Then add roasted shrimps and onion, mixing lightly, as if you are tossing a salad. Serve immediately.
