By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Jul 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Colocassia (arbi) , Carom seeds Cuisine Hyderabadi Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sour Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Dahi Ki Arbi 250 grams Colocassia (arbi) boiled and peeled 1 tablespoon Carom seeds 1/2 teaspoon Carom seeds (ajwain) 250 grams Yogurt to taste Salt 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder for garnish Fresh coriander leaves, chopped Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add carom seeds and arbi. Mash the arbis and mix well and saute for two minutes. Add one cup water and yogurt. Mix well and stir continuously, until it starts boiling. Add salt and red chilli powder.
