Ingredients list for Dahi Ki Arbi

  • 250 grams Colocassia (arbi)  boiled and peeled
  • 1 tablespoon Carom seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Carom seeds (ajwain)
  • 250 grams Yogurt
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • for garnish Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add carom seeds and arbi. Mash the arbis and mix well and saute for two minutes.
  2. Add one cup water and yogurt. Mix well and stir continuously, until it starts boiling.
  3. Add salt and red chilli powder. Mix well and cook for fifteen minutes.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
