Ingredients list for Cup Cakes
- 2 cups Refined flour
- 5 Orange marmalade
- 2 cups Butter
- 2 cups Sugar Free
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 teaspoons Orange rind finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Orange marmalade
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Break eggs into a bowl and whisk with a hand blender.
- Place butter in another bowl and cream till soft and fluffy. Add diet sugar and mix. Add eggs and mix.
- Sieve flour and baking powder into the bowl and mix well. Add orange rind and milk and mix well.
- Put the batter into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe into silicon moulds till half full.
- Put some orange marmalade over the batter and pipe some more batter over the marmalade.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Take them out of the oven and set aside to cool down to room temperature.
- You can serve them just like this or covered with butter icing.
