Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons fresh cream
 - 10-12 mushrooms
 - 2 tablespoons butter
 - 1/2 cup chopped onion
 - 1 tablespoon dried herbs
 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
 - Salt to taste
 
Method
- Keep water for boiling for blanching the mushrooms.
 - Cut the mushrooms into half or quarters depending upon the size of mushrooms.
 - Add mushroom in the boiling water for a minute and drain it and put them into cold water.
 - Heat butter in a non-stick wok. Add onion and sauté until onions get translucent.
 - Add mushrooms and toss it on high heat. Add dried herbs, salt and black pepper powder and toss.
 - Add cream, mix and switch off the heat.
 - Serve hot.
