Ingredients list for Corn Curd-SK Khazana
- 1 tin (400 Cream style sweet corn
- to shallow for greasing Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste White pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons Spring onion greens finely chopped
- 1/2 cup + for dusting Cornflour
Method
- Grease a barfi tray with some oil.
- Heat a non-stick pan. Add sweet corn, salt, pepper powder, spring onion greens, cornflour and ¼ cup water, whisk and cook for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture in the greased tray, cool down to room temperature and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Heat some oil in a non-stick pan.
- Cut the mixture into squares, dust with some cornflour and shallow-fry, in hot oil, turning sides,
till golden brown all around. Drain on absorbent paper. - Serve hot with Schezwan sauce.
