Ingredients list for Corn And Tomato Soup

  • 1 cup Corn Kernels
  • 1 cup Tomatoes
  • 3 medium Tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper powder
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Heat butter in a large saucepan and sauté chopped onions on medium heat for five minutes. Add tomatoes and continue to sauté for three-four minutes.
  2. Add corn and cook till corn is soft. Add creamed sweet corn and stir. Add milk and three cups of water and simmer for a while.
  3. Add pepper powder and salt to taste. Stir and serve piping hot.
