Ingredients for Cookie Dough Truffle Recipe

  • Refined flour 1/2 cup + tablespoons

  • Butter 50 grams

  • Castor sugar 2 tablespoons

  • Brown sugar 1/4 cup

  • Milk 1 tablespoon

  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon

  • Mango chocolate chips 2 tablespoons

  • Orange chocolate chips 2 tablespoons

  • Dark chocolate melted for coating

  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Method

Step 1

Take butter in a bowl, add castor sugar and brown sugar and beat with an electric beater. Add milk and beat well.

Step 2

Sieve flour and salt into the bowl. Add mango chocolate chips and orange chocolate chips and mix well.

Step 3

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.

Step 4

Dip each ball in melted dark chocolate and place on a plate. Refrigerate till set.

Step 5

Dust some cocoa powder on one side of a serving platter, place the truffles on the other side and serve.
