Ingredients list for Cookie Cup
- 1 cup Refined flour (maida) (120 grams)
- Butter 1¼ cups (200 grams) + for greasing
- 160 grams Castor sugar (caster sugar)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 cup Chocolate chips
- for brushi Chocolate Melted
Method
- Preheat oven at 180ºC. Grease mugs with some butter.
- Cream together butter and castor sugar till light and fluffy. Add vanilla essence and egg and mix well.
- Sieve flour into the mixture and fold well. Add chocolate chips and mix well.
- Line the greased mugs with the prepared dough and even-out the insides of the mugs with a rolling pin. Discard the excess dough and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.
- Place the mugs in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and demould the cups.
- Brush some melted chocolate inside the cups. Refrigerate till set.
- Use as required.
