Ingredients list for Coconut chutney
- 2 cups Coconut, grated
- 5 Shallot, chopped
- 1 inch piece Ginger, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Tamarind pulp
- to taste Salt
- 4 Green chilli
Method
- Grind shallots, ginger, tamarind pulp, salt and green chillies into a fine paste.
- Add grated coconut and grind again for one minute. Serve with rice and yogurt.
