Ingredients list for Coconut Sambol
- 1/2 cup Coconut
- 1 medium Onions roughly chopped
- 2 Green chillies roughly chopped
- 2-3 Garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- Juice of 1 lemon
Method
- Put coconut, onion, chillies, garlic cloves, red chilli powder, salt, pepper powder and lemon juice in the bowl of a food processor and grind till smooth.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
