Ingredients list for Coconut Kulfi - Cook Smart
- 6 tablespoons Coconut milk powder
 - 1 cup Tender coconut flesh
 - 2 teaspoons Fresh coconut grated
 - 1 litres Milk
 - 4 tablespoons Khoya grated
 - 1 cup Sugar
 
Method
- Heat milk in a deep non-stick pan. Add coconut milk powder, mix well and let it reduce.
 - Add khoya, mix well and cook till it thickens.
 - Place coconut flesh in a grinder jar and grind finely. Add ground coconut flesh to the pan and mix well. Add grated coconut and mix well.
 - Add sugar, mix well and cook till the sugar melts. Switch off heat and cool down to room temperature.
 - Pour into aluminium kulfi moulds, cover with the lid and freeze till set. Serve.
