Add tomato ketchup and mix well. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce and mix well. Use as required. For Tartare Sauce : Finely chop parsley. Take mayonnaise in a bowl. Add vinegar, mustard, gherkins and mix well. Add chopped parsley and mix well. Use as required.
