Ingredients list for Churi
- 1½ cups Whole wheat flour (atta)
- ½ cup Ghee
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Roasted peanuts crushed
- 1 tablespoon Seedless dates chopped
Method
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add wheat flour and sauté till it turns golden brown and fragrant. Transfer onto a plate and cool.
- Add sugar, peanuts and dates and mix well.
- Serve.
