Chocolate Peanut Pannacotta This popular Italian dessert gets a boost with roasted peanuts. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. Add sugar, stir and let the sugar melt. Take gelatin in a bowl. Add water and heat in the microwave for 10 seconds. Add chocolate to the pan and keep mixing till it melts. Add cream, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add gelatin and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Switch off the heat and cool to room temperature.
