Ingredients list for Chocolate Peanut Pannacotta

  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chopped
  • 1/4 cup Roasted peanuts crushed
  • 2 cups Fresh cream
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Gelatin

Method

  1. Heat milk in a deep non-stick pan. Add sugar, stir and let the sugar melt.
  2. Take gelatin in a bowl. Add water and heat in the microwave for 10 seconds.
  3. Add chocolate to the pan and keep mixing till it melts. Add cream, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add gelatin and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Switch off the heat and cool to room temperature.
  5. Pour into individual martini glasses and refrigerate till set.
  6. Garnish with peanuts and serve chilled.
