By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Chocolate sauce, Whole wheat flour (atta) Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chocolate Pancake 1 tsp + to serve Chocolate sauce 1 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour (atta) 2 tablespoons Oats , crushed 2 tablespoons Finger millet (nachni) flour 2 Eggs as required Milk 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder 1 tsp + as required Olive oil as required Butter to serve Honey to serve Maple syrup to serve Chocolate-hazelnut sauce Method Take whole wheat flour in a mixing bowl, add crushed oats and finger millet. Break in the eggs and whisk well. Add milk gradually and whisk well to make a semi-thick batter. Add baking powder and whisk. Add chocolate sauce and whisk. Add 1 teaspoon olive oil and whisk well. Set aside for 5 minutes. To prepare each pancake, heat 1 teaspoon in a non-stick pan. Pour a ladleful of batter. Do not spread it with the ladle and cook till the underside is done. Flip and cook till the other side is similarly done. Transfer onto a plate. To prepare another pancake, pour a ladleful of batter, spread some butter around the edges and cook. When the underside is done, flip, spread some more butter and cook till the other side is similarly done.
