Ingredients list for Chocolate Frappe - SK Khazana
- 2 cups Dark chocolate chopped
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- 1 tablespoon Instant coffee powder
- 4 cups Vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups Milk
- For topping Whipped cream
- for garnish Chocolate vermicelli
- for garnish Roasted coffee beans
Method
- To make chocolate ganache, heat cream in a non-stick pan till warm but not boiling.
- Take dark chocolate in a bowl, add the warmed cream and mix till the chocolate melts and is smooth. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
- Take coffee powder in another bowl, add some hot water and mix well to make a decoction.
- Blend together chilled chocolate ganache, ice cream, milk and coffee decoction to a smooth mixture.
- Pour into individual tall glasses. Top with whipped cream, garnish with chocolate vermicelli and coffee beans. Serve immediately.
