Ingredients list for Chocolate Frappe - SK Khazana

  • 2 cups Dark chocolate chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon Instant coffee powder
  • 4 cups Vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups Milk
  • For topping Whipped cream
  • for garnish Chocolate vermicelli
  • for garnish Roasted coffee beans


  1. To make chocolate ganache, heat cream in a non-stick pan till warm but not boiling.
  2. Take dark chocolate in a bowl, add the warmed cream and mix till the chocolate melts and is smooth. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Take coffee powder in another bowl, add some hot water and mix well to make a decoction.
  4. Blend together chilled chocolate ganache, ice cream, milk and coffee decoction to a smooth mixture.
  5. Pour into individual tall glasses. Top with whipped cream, garnish with chocolate vermicelli and coffee beans. Serve immediately.
