Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 1½ cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
- 4 cups vanilla ice-cream
- 1½ cup milk
- Whipped cream for garnish
- Chocolate vermicelli for garnish
- Roasted coffee beans for garnish
Method
- Heat cream in a non-stick pan till luke-warm. Pour the cream over the chopped chocolate. Mix till melts well and becomes smooth. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
- Mix coffee powder with 4 tbsps hot water and make a decoction.
- Add the prepared chocolate truffle in the blender along with vanilla ice-cream, milk and coffee decoction.
- Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate vermicelli and roasted coffee beans.
