Transfer the strawberry sauce into a bowl. Dip the sponge fingers in strawberry sauce, ensuring that they are well coated with the sauce and arrange them on a plate. When chocolate melts, add butter and whisk well. Spread desiccated coconut on another plate, roll the strawberry fingers so that they are well coated with the coconut. Then coat them with chocolate.
