Ingredients for Chocolate Fingers Recipe

  • Chocolate 100 grams

  • Strawberry

  • Strawberries 20-25

  • Sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Butter 20-25 grams

  • Vanilla sponge cake 1

  • Desiccated coconut 4-5 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Melt chocolate in a double boiler.

Step 2

Hull strawberries and purée them. Transfer the purée into a non-stick pan, add sugar and cook.

Step 3

Trim the crust of the vanilla sponge cake and cut into fingers.

Step 4

Transfer the strawberry sauce into a bowl. Dip the sponge fingers in strawberry sauce, ensuring that they are well coated with the sauce and arrange them on a plate.

Step 5

When chocolate melts, add butter and whisk well.

Step 6

Spread desiccated coconut on another plate, roll the strawberry fingers so that they are well coated with the coconut.

Step 7

Then coat them with chocolate.

Step 8

Cool and serve.
