Ingredients for Chocolate Crepes in Choco Sauce Recipe

  • Cocoa powder For stuffings 1 tablespoon

  • Refined flour 1 cup

  • Sugar 2 teaspoons

  • Apple peeled desseded and finely chopped 1

  • Banana finely chopped 1

  • Papaya finely chopped 1/2 cup

  • Kiwi finely chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Cinnamon powder a pinch


  • Butter 1 teaspoon

  • Cornflour 1 tablespoon

  • Powdered sugar 1 teaspoon

  • For crepes

  • Powdered sugar 1/4 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Melted butter 1 tablespoon

  • Cocoa powder 1 tablespoon

  • Banana pulp 1/4 cup

  • Milk 1 cup


Step 1

Heat butter in a pan add sugar and cook till sugar dissolves. Add fruits and cinnamon powder and saute for a minute and remove from flame.

Step 2

Boil half cup water in a non stick pan and add cocoa powder, corn flour and powdered sugar and keep stirring till you get a smooth paste. Remve and keep it aside.

Step 3

In a bowl combine together refined flour, powdered sugar, salt, melted butter, cocoa powder, banana pulp and milk and make a pouring consistancy batter.

Step 4

Heat a non-stick pan, pour around three tablespoons of batter on it and rotate the pan so that the batter spreads evenly all over the surface. Cook until lightly browned, flip and cook the other side. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.

Step 5

Stuff the fruit mixture in the crepes and serve hot wit chocolate sauce.
