Ingredients list for Chocolate Burfi- Sk Khazana
- 500 grams Khoya/mawa
- 3 tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- for garnish Silver warq
Method
- Heat khoya in a non-stick pan, mixing continuously, till it softens completely. Add cocoa and mix till well combined and fat surfaces. Take it off the heat and transfer into a bowl.
- Allow the khoya mixture to cool completely. Add sugar and mix till well combined.
- Transfer this mixture into a greased burfi tray and spread it evenly. Level the top and set aside for 1 hour.
- Apply silver warq on top and cut it into desired shape. Arrange the burfi pieces on a serving plate and serve.
