Ingredients list for Chinese Chicken
- 200 grams Boneless chicken cut into small pieces
- 5 Spring onion bulbs
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 2 teaspoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Schezwan chutney
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- 2 stalks Spring onion greens
- 2 teaspoons Sesame seeds toasted
- 1/2 cup Fried noodles
Method
- Cut the spring onion bulbs roughly. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add the spring onion bulbs, chicken pieces and soy sauce, mix well and saute for 1 minute.
- Add oyster sauce and schezwan chutney, mix well and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add sugar and vinegar, mix well and cook till chicken is completely done.
- Chop spring onion greens and put into a bowl. Put the chicken into this bowl, sprinkle 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds, crush the fried noodles and add and mix well.
- Transfer into a serving bowl, sprinkle remaining white sesame seeds and serve hot.
