Ingredients list for Chicken Veggie Wrap - SK Khazana
- 2 Boneless chicken breasts
- a few Iceberg lettuce leaves
- as required Purple cabbage shredded
- 1 Small cucumber peeled and cut into thin slices
- 2-3 Pickled gherkins thinly sliced
- 2-3 Pickled jalapenos sliced
- 4 Tortillas roasted
- 2 tablespoons + for grilling Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black peppercorns crushed
- 2 teaspoons Dried mixed herbs
- for drizzling Mustard mayonnaise
- 1 Medium avocado
Method
- Put chicken breasts in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, crushed peppercorns and mixed herbs, rub well and set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat some olive oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place marinated chicken breasts on it and grill till evenly done form both the sides and chicken is cooked. Remove from heat and shred.
- Put some shredded lettuce onto tortillas. Top with a portion of shredded chicken and drizzle some mayonnaise.
- Top with cabbage, cucumber slices, gherkin slices and jalapeno slices. Sprinkle salt and crushed peppercorns.
- Halve avocado, scoop out flesh and place on each tortilla. Drizzle some more mayonnaise on top.
- Warp and serve immediately.
