Ingredients list for Chicken Nuggets
- 250 grams Boneless chicken cut into medium-sized cubes
- ½ cup Corn flakes crushed
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon Mixed herbs
- 2 tablespoons Refined flour
- 2 Eggs
- Oil for brushing
Method
- Preheat oven at 180ºC.
- Mix chicken, salt, garlic powder, dried herbs and pepper powder in a bowl. Transfer this on a plate. Add refined flour and mix well. Set aside for 10-12 minutes.
- Break eggs in a bowl and whisk well. Keep this aside.
- Place butter paper on a baking tray, brush the paper with oil.
- Spread cornflakes on a plate.
- Dip marinated chicken cubes in egg, coat in cornflakes and place on the tray over the paper. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve hot.
