Ingredients list for Chicken Flower Dumplings
- 300 grams Chicken Mince
- 3/4 cup Basmati Rice soaked
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 2-3 Green chillies chopped
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 10-12 Black peppercorns crushed
- 1 Banana leaves
Method
- Combine minced chicken, soy sauce, salt, crushed peppercorns, ginger, garlic, spring onion greens and chopped red chilli in a bowl and mix well.
- Heat sufficient water in a steamer and line the inside with cabbage leaves.
- Spread rice on a plate.
- Dampen your palms and divide the chicken mixture into small equal portions shaped into balls. Coat them with the rice.
- Place the prepared dumplings on the cabbage leaves in the steamer, cover and steam for 6-8 minutes or till the chicken and rice is fully cooked.
- Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce.
